Guesthouse Guidelines and Policies:
•Each extra guest beyond the initial capacity of the unit is subject to an extra charge of $20
•Thehome is pet-friendly with an extra charge of $10 for the pet.
•Check-in and check-out timing is flexible when possible, and firm when not.
•Music is allowed; however, loud music is permitted before 12:30 AM, after which it should be lowered to a minimum to maintain a calm and enjoyable stay for other guests.
•Dirty shoes should be kept outside the unit.
•Body oil is not allowed in the pool; guests must take a shower before entering the pool.
•Sitting on indoor furniture while wet is not allowed.
•Guests will be responsible for any damage or loss in the guesthouse, which may incur extra fees.
•Moving indoor and outdoor furniture is not allowed. If a guest wishes to do so, they should contact the staff.
•Excessive dirtiness and misuse of the guesthouse will be subject to an extra charge.
•Weapons are not allowed.
